On Saturday July 10th 2004 peacefully at Treliske Hospital, Truro, Phyllis aged 84 years of Breage, Helston. Beloved wife of the late Jack, dearly loved mum of Peter, John and the late Carole, much loved granma, great-granma and mother-in-law, dear sister of Marjora and Gilbert. She will be sadly missed by all her family and friends.

Funeral service will be held at Breaney Methodist Church, Breage on Thursday July 15th 2004 at 2pm followed by interment in the Parish Cemetery.
