TUBBS Samantha (Sam) Passed away peacefully aged 35 years after a brave fight against cancer, at Exeter and District Hospice on June 21st 2003. Beloved wife of Howard, sadly missed by family and friends.

Funeral service at Exeter and Devon Crematorium on Tuesday July 1st at 1pm.
