TICKELL Victor Denis President of the Torquay Blind Persons Club. Passed peacefully away at home on May 5th 2006 aged 86 years. He will be sadly missed and fondly remembered by his family. Funeral Service to be held at the Church of the Holy Angels, Chelston, Torquay on Thursday May 18th at 1:30pm. Followed by interment at Torquay Cemetery.
