Peacefully, on October 27, 2005, at St. Andrew's Hospice, surrounded by her loving family, Alison, aged 60 years, beloved wife of Peter, dearest mother of Matthew and Simon, cherished mother-in-law of Becky, adored granny of Alex and Joshua, a dear sister of Philippa and a dear friend and colleague to many.

A very brave lady.

A funeral service will take place at the Grimsby Crematorium, on Friday, November 4, at 11am.

Alison will be resting at J W Embersons Funeral Home, 81 Macaulay Street, Grimsby, where family flowers only please will be received, donations if desired may be sent to St. Andrew's Hospice, Peakes Lane, Grimsby, DN32 9RP.

No mourning dress please.
