SZUMYK Michelle Eileen Died suddenly, at the Derbyshire Royal Infirmary, on Sunday July 20th 2008, aged 22 years. A much loved daughter of Susan, sister to Emma and Stacey, auntie to Adam, Moses and baby Evie. Funeral service is to be held on Tuesday July 29th, at the Spiritualist Church, Forester Street, at 2.30pm, followed by committal Service, at Markeaton Crematorium, Main Chapel, at 4pm.
