11.11.2008 : Ed (Yank) Blundell wrote I served on many tours with Mark,
Belize, Northern Ireland, Bosnia (twice) I knew him for some time. He was a great lad to have in my section, he worked hard, he was always smart, he was a dedicated soldier, a great soldier. I am so sad to hear that he is no longer with us. My deepest sympathies go to his wife & family.

He will be sadly missed.
