Suddenly but peacefully, on July 9, 2005, at his home in Keelby, Tom, aged 92 years, beloved husband of the late Edna, dearly loved and respected father of Derrick, Colin, Joy, David, Ann, John, Avril and Edna and the late Roy and Pamela, a dear father-in-law, grandad, great grandad, great-great grandad and a great friend to many.

A funeral service will take place at the Grimsby Crematorium on Tuesday, July 19, at 3.00pm.

Tom will be resting at Steven Near Funeral Home, 36 Wellowgate, Grimsby, where family flowers only please will be received, if so desired donations may be sent to the Stroke Association c/o W. John Hockin, St. Boswells, 10 Vine Street, Billingborough, Sleaford, Lincolnshire, NG34 0QE.
