SLEMAN John Desmond

Passed away on September 19th 2005 at Derriford Hospital.

Dearest husband of the late Julie Sleman (nee Cuzner), dearest father, grandfather and brother.

Funeral to take place on Wednesday September 28th at Weston Mill Cemetery at 1pm.

You meant so very much to us,
