Phoebe Phillips Sadly passed away on 26 August 2008 at Basildon University Hospital after a short illness, aged 89 years. Loving and devoted mother to Avril and Douglas, devoted wife to the late George. She will be greatly missed by all her family and many friends. Funeral Service will take place on Tuesday 9 September at 11.45am at Chelmsford Crematorium. All her many friends will be welcome.
