07.12.2007 : Andrew Padmore wrote We didn't get chance to put the world to rights over a pint but I often think of you when I have one now... Andrew We fished together once or twice, I wasn’t very good, I helped him in our garden, and I did the best I could, I sometimes ate his dinner, on a Sunday on his knee, I never really knew my dad, but I know that he knew me. (part of a poem I wrote, back in 1993)

08.12.2007 : Andrew Padmore wrote Paddy was a gentle soul who would help anyone. He was a good husband and father and a truly good man. To me ,as a stepfather he was loving and giving and even though 40 years have past he is still truly missed. Maureen Mick and Michael. xxx
