PACKHAM.- Ada Sylvia. Passed away peacefully in the Castle Rise Nursing Home on the 11th December 2005 aged 92 years. Beloved Wife of the late Charles, loving Mum of Carol and Harold, also In-laws Lorna and the late George also Grandchildren and Great Grandchildren. Cortege leaves Son's residence on Monday 19th December, 9:50am for service at the Chanterlands Avenue Crematorium (large chapel) 10:20am. Family flowers only please but donations may be made at the service for Dove House Hospice.
