Passed away peacefully in the Diana, Princess of Wales Hospital, after a courageous battle, on April 30, 2004, aged 60 years, a devoted and cherished husband of Jean, much loved dad of Shane and Stacey, dearest grandad of Brandon, Melissa and the late Shanna.

A funeral service will be held at the Grimsby Crematorium, on Monday, May 17, 2004, at 1pm.

John will be peacefully resting in the care of S S Wilson Funeral Directors, Cleethorpe Road, Grimsby, where floral tributes will be received or if so desired donations may be made to the British Heart Foundation, c/o Carol Loughran, 23 Robson Road, Cleethorpes, DN35 7UY.
