OUTTEN Wayne Terrence. Passed away peacefully at the Derby City General Hospital on October 11th 2005, aged 37 years. Beloved son of Pat and Reg and much loved stepson of Ray. Brother of Terry, Mark and Lynda, brother-in-law of Joy and Jean, uncle of Adam, Alex, Lyndsey, Amanda and Hayley. Father of Dale, Callum and Rhiannon and step brother of Mark, Paul and Andy. He will be sadly missed by all his family and friends. A private funeral service will be held on Tuesday October 25th.
