Your Memories

I can't believe it's already been a year mum, it only seems like yesterday we were in Wales on holiday. I miss you so much and think about you every day. We'll make sure Jack never forgets you and will always know what a special person nanny neder was. You were my best friend as well as my mum and i know you'll always be with me.
