NEAL Betty Died peacefully, at home on Saturday May 3rd, aged 81, after a long and brave battle with Parkinson's Disease. Very much loved wife of Doug and mother of Roger and Nigel. A treasured grandmother to Jenny, Melissa, James and Harriet and a wonderful mother-in-law to Clare and Jill. Funeral service to be held on Thursday May 15th, at Markeaton Crematorium, at 1.20 p.m. followed by a service and celebration of Betty's life, at All Saints Church Mickleover, at 2.30 p.m., with refreshments afterwards in the Church Hall. Family flowers only please but donations to the Parkinson's Disease Society, which can be made at the service or direct to the Society, would be very much appreciated.
