01.09.2008 : NIk Hewitt wrote Without a doubt, the most famous woman of the 20th century. Sadly missed by so many. Actress, comedienne, singer, model, and film producer. One of the last great icons of our time. No one has ever replaced the legend, the spark and sensation that was Marilyn Monroe.

18.10.2008 : linda dunning wrote Whether Marilyn was a screen goddess, a legend, or a sex symbol, first and foremost she was a woman. She was betrayed by most of the people in her short life, including her 'friends'. Her early roles including 'Don't Bother To Knock' display a raw talent just waiting to be developed.
Unfortunately (of fortunately) she acted the part of being what men wanted too well, and became stuck in the male fantasy. When I first heard of her, I was old enough to be her daughter, now I am old enough to be her mother when she died. Now I have a totally different perspective on this woman who was a gift of the graces.

22.11.2008 : janis short robertson wrote I LIKE SO MANY OTHERS HAVE BEEN A LIFETIME FAN OF THE BEAUTIFUL M. M . I FEEL SAD THAT HER LIFE ENDED SO TRAGICALLY AND THE WORLD LOST A TRUE STAR.
WE HAVE BEEN LEFT WITH BEAUTIFUL MEMORIES OF A BEAUTIFUL LADY.
WE ARE NEVER TO KNOW WHAT HER LIFE COULD HAVE BEEN.
SO YOUNG, SO BEAUTIFUL INSIDE AND OUT, IF I COULD CHOOSE TO MEET ANYONE I WOULD HAVE LOVED TO SPEAK WITH MARILYN FOR FIVE MINUTES.
HER BEAUTY WILL BE WITH US FOREVER, MAY SHE BE REMEMBERED FOR ALL THE GOOD THINGS THAT THERE ARE IN LIFE AND WHEN I LOOK UP AT THE STARS SHE TWINKLES BACK AT ME AS THOUGH TO SAY "HELLO AND THANKYOU"

17.12.2008 : Marie Downie wrote What a wonderful and pretty woman! I am one of her young fans and have canvasses on my bedroom wall as a tribute to her! I myself do not believe this spectacular woman commited suicide! Having studied a poem about the life and death of Marilyn Monroe there are so many questions that have been left suspisiously unanswered for me to believe this! Let her Rest in Peace. M x

22.12.2008 : Donna Cotterill wrote Where do I start,Marilyn, you were and still are the most beautiful woman in the world,I love your films and have your pics on my wall,I am only 31 but love you any way.I will always carry you around in my heart,xx

20.01.2009 : Susan Wooding wrote Marilyn was a truly sensual lady, talented in many ways and very understated, she wrote beautiful poetry too. Her one failing may have been her trust of others, who often failed her in many ways. I loved her in Monkey Business, Niagara closely followed by Some Like it Hot and Bus Stop. I love finding new pictures of her and prefer ones of her chilling out rather than those of the 'Marilyn' the studios liked to portray. Though I have to say in my search for pictures, I was deeply disturbed to find a picture of her in the morgue, how could or why would anyway do such a thing, no privacy for her even at the end. I have a tattoo in her honour and hope to get more. She is top of my hero/heroine list and my life's ambition is to visit her in Westwood Park Chapel, to light a candle, leave a red rose and say, Goodbye Norma Jean and God Bless xxx Susan Wooding.
