MIDDLETON Frederick Thomas Passed away suddenly, at the Derby City Hospital, on Wednesday June 18th 2008, aged 92 years. Beloved husband of the late Kathleen, a much loved father of Brian and Roger, a dear brother to Kathleen, father-in-law of Linda and Donna, a loving grandad to Simon and Michelle, also a treasured great grandad.
