He was a great guy and his ablity to make people laugh on any occasion. Whether is was at a funeral or at home or anywhere, Bernie Mac could put a smile on your face. Bernie will always be remembered in our hearts and the joy he brought when he was here. Rest in peace Mr. funny man your soul will live on through our hearts and we will always remember Bernie Mac.

That says alot about the man...didn't forget about his roots!!! More chicago born celebrities should havehis morals. God Bless Bernie We will miss you dearly!! Bernie will be missed by all his fans but by most his family!! I admired Bernie for making his career in LA/NY But always came home to South Burbs of Chicago!! Where he Lived and Loved it!! God Bless Him!! We were blessed by his comedy!!!

His personality was beyond this world and he blessed our tv's with his comedy but what makes it that more important was that he was another soldier from the hood who shows that life is what u make it!!!

I feel the world is a sadder place when such great comediens die John Candy, Father Ted - Dermot Morgan and now Bernie Mac.

We brought home a new puppy Friday night. It had no name as we were trying to find the right one for this beautiful Black Lab Puppy. When we woke up Saturday morning and heard the horrible news...we knew...in honor of Bernie Mac and the love we had for him will continue on in our home everyday.

Thank you Bernie! Our sorrow goes out to all of his and all who loved him!

From all the films that he has been in, I have & gladly own them. I can't believe this story I was told from a friend in FaceBook just now. And I Im just getting my head round this as I am typing this tribute.I love this man so much that I wish he was MY DAD instead. "Beat dem til da white meat shows" was 1 of the funniest lines I,ve ever heard & never have forgotten it either. I would sorrily miss him & his 1 liners too. Which reminds me I must watch "Kings of Comedy"again.

Your perserverance in reaching the status as one if not the 'King of Comedy' has inspired so many, and will continue to inspire thousands more. It's just a shame that God needed his star back so soon. To the McCullough family, may God watch over and and give you the strength through these difficult times. He will be remembered for his eye popping humour and energetic performances on stage and on the motion picture screens, as well as his outspoken manner and one in a million glare when in character. I can't believe we've lost him...I thought I was seeing things and now it's confirmed. I can only reminisce and think of all the joy he brought to me, my friends and family over the years with comments like "there's gonna be trouble...trouble" "I'll F a kid up" "we call that sinny sin sin" "I hate Whoopi Goldbergs lips" "hate you young son'bees you dont do sh**, you dont vote..F**ing rabbits, all you do is eat sh** and F" "I aint scared of you MF" to mention a few!!
A true star, you'll be missed and to Bernie's family I can only imagine what this loss must mean to you and my heart goes out...find some comfort in the fact that he left a legacy and is loved by millions all over the world.
