Aged 83 years, passed away at the City Hospital, Nottingham, on 27th July 2004.

Most devoted and very, very precious mother of Carol and son-in-law Jack. Treasured and adored nan of Daryl,

Wayne and Joanne.

Our loss is Heavens gain - I am so privileged to have had you by my side always. Together at last in perfect love with our very, very precious dad.
