JAGGARD Colin James (formerly Payne). Died peacefully at home on 29th June aged 70. Husband of Mary, Father of Philip and Claire and Grandpa of Molly and Henry. A Service of Celebration will be held at Tickenham Parish Church on Tuesday 8th July at 12 noon.
