24.11.2009 : John Wright wrote I have known Betsy for a short time and since she took up residency at Abbeydale. I would meet her maybe once a month when I travelled from London to visit my mother there. Betsy and I would talk and enjoy one another's company. While I knew little about her, she always struck me as a gentle woman of integrity and wisdom. I valued the brief interludes we shared. She will be much missed.
