Left us peacefully with dignity on Friday August 15th 2003, at home. Sadly missed by John and daughters Jacquie and Penny.

The funeral has taken place.

We wish to thank, for their help the Thoracic Department at Derriford, the Social Services, the Glenside Medical Centre in Plympton and especially the District Nurses.
