Your Memories

11.03.2008 : jennie sinkins wrote Chris well what can you say? She was such a loving caring lady, who made everyone smile laugh alsorts. When i was pregnant with Aarron, I was past my due date and i was not allowed to stay home on my own she would make sure i was at the centre all day and wait on me hand and foot. So you didn't have to be old and frail for Chris to show how much she cared she was there for everyone. This world will be a lot more duller now she isn't with us. If i could have chosen a mum Chris would have been a mum i would have chosen. Even sending left over dinners home for my dogs. She had such a big heart there was enough room for anyone and anything. Christmas at the Donald Thomas Center well Torvil and Dean always springs to mind. I have never seen so many people cry with laughter has i did that day. She will always be in our thoughts. 11.03.2008 : CAROLE ROBBINS wrote What can I say about Chris, well quite a lot actually, funny, caring, kind, fantastic boss but most of all a very good friend. Always there to comfort you if you were crying, there to talk to if needed and to laugh with if you needed cheering up. Many a time when working with Chris she would say Carole NO you cant say that or Carole NO you cant do that, meaning it but always in a funny way. Well Chris I am saying to you now NO I am not going to cry as I want to remember you as you were then to me. Your friend as always. Love Carole Add memory |  Request removal

12.03.2008 : nigel hambly wrote It was an honour to have known Chris and the only regret is that I didn't know you longer. Always a smile and a look on the bright side was the order of every day and she had the priceless way of making you feel happier, which is something special for me on a sunday after a loss the day before. Someone very special who you just could not fail to like. Add memory |  Request removal
