CHALMERS - ANNIE Died peacefully on the 23rd of July 2008 at Radcliffe Manor House, Radcliffe-on-Trent aged 90. Much loved wife of the late Jack Chalmers, mother of Alan and grandmother of Emma and Flora. Funeral service to take place at St Andrew's with Castle Gate United Reformed Church, Goldsmith Street, Nottingham on Thursday the 31st of July at 11:15am to be followed by cremation.
