CHADWICK Kathleen Passed away suddenly, at the Derbyshire Royal Infirmary, on June 18th 2008, aged 79 years. Beloved wife of Ernest, much loved mother of Michael and Elizabeth, dear mother-in-law of Maureen, dearly loved grandma and great grandma, dear sister of John and Jimmy. A good friend to many.
