Mark Anthony. Tragically died aged 47 years, on December 6th 2003, of Plymouth, formerly of Derby.

Dear father, grandfather, step-father, brother, nephew, uncle and friend.

He will be greatly missed by all who knew him.

Funeral to be held on Monday 22nd December. Service and cremation 2.15pm at Markeaton Crematorium.
