31.01.2008 : Amy Lewin wrote I was sad to hear that Jeremy is no longer with us. I used to love watching Beadles About and You've Been Framed. I will always remember the Beadles About episode with the Alien Invasion in the ladys garden and she offered the alien a cup of tea. It makes me laugh everytime. Best wishes to Jeremys family at this sad time. He will be greatly missed.

His infectious sense of humour, his wicked smile as some plot started to hatch in his fertile brain, was something to treasure and cherish. His body may be gone but his spirit lives on in the hearts and minds of all those who knew and loved him. His family must have such a hole in their lives that can never be filled.

My husband was lucky enough to meet Jeremy one day on his way to work, Jeremy had just popped into the newsagent at the same time as my husband, my husband could not beleive he had seen him, made his day!!

He was very humerous and made everyone laugh, except me... when he picked me up in my bridesmaid dress and threw me in the pond! 26 years ago and he was a prankster then, but what a memory I have held with me ever since. You will be sadly missed by those who had the luck to have met you and my thoughts go out to his family. God Bless. x

I remember when my wife wrote to him for his autograph, he very kindly obliged and personalised it. Lovely chap, miss you, I hope I see you again one day.
