Resting Funeralcare, 344 Holderness Road. Funeral Service Monday 12th July 2004 at the Small Chapel, Chanterlands Avenue Crematorium, 2pm. Floral tributes to Funeralcare, Holderness Rd or donations if desired to the Diabetic Association, collection at Service.
