Loving husband and soul-mate of Lesley, special dad to Adam and Mark, father-in-law to Cathy and cherished granddad to Amber. With grateful thanks to Dr. Chidlow and District Nurses at Syston Health Centre, also Rachel and nursing staff at LOROS. Dave's funeral service will take place on Monday, May 21st, 2007 at Loughborough Crematorium at 1.15pm. No black to be worn please and no flowers by request but donations to 'LOROS' c/o G. E.
